Leave Barnstaple via A361, signposted Ilfracombe.
In five miles turn left at traffic lights in Braunton on to B3231 leading to Saunton and Croyde in 4 miles.
On approaching the centre of the village the road narrows and on the right is Cott Lane signposted as a no through road.
Take care this is a more than 90 degree turn and narrow.
The Cottage is 75 yards along on the left. A parking bay is on the approach side of the house.
